They get your food out in a timely manner, with ticket times typically under 11 minutes.
If things are getting very busy, the bar can get backed up just a bit, but they still manage to get your drink to you quickly as possible.
The Environment
The environment of Elevation is really what makes this place special.
Downstairs, you have an open dining plan, with the center piece being the bar.
Upstairs, you have additional seating and, of course, the Sky Bar. Whether you are looking for a nice meal, or you are looking for a social evening, this place has it all.
The Food
Elevation offers a classic chophouse menu, along with a few surprises.
You can’t go wrong with the slow cooked beef brisket, or the baby back ribs.
One thing that is not to be missed are the Blue Cheese Chips. They are a classic kettle chip, with blue cheese bechamel, crumbled blue cheese, and a balsamic reduction. Not exactly health food, but definitely not to be missed!
The Cost
Depending on your tastes, and the size of your party, this is a medium to medium-high priced menu.
For a party of two, with two drinks each, appetizer, and an entree, look to spend between $60-$90.
